微软再次延期 Windows Recall（预览版）的推送计划，最新的计划是：Windows Recall（预览版）体验将延期至 12 月 向用户推出。此前，微软计划在 10 月的时候向 Windows Insider 用户推送这项功能。
根据微软对 The Verge 的陈述：
微软还在继续改进 Windows Recall 的安全性问题，微软希望为用户提供安全可信的 Windows Recall 体验，因此需要更多的时间来打磨 Windows Recall。
这已经不是微软第一次延期推送 Windows Recall（预览版）体验，微软推迟 Windows Recall（预览版）发布的主要原因还是与隐私安全有关。
为了让 Windows Recall 体验更加安全，微软特地上线了一个单独的支持页面用于解答 Windows Recall的隐私数据处理相关问题，并且还在不断提升 Windows Recall 的隐私安全策略和框架。
Windows Recall 是 Copilot+ PC 的一项独有功能，Windows Recall 通过快照并结合 OCR 和 AI 技术来记录电脑上发生的一切，用户可以通过自然语言来回顾发生在电脑上的内容。另外，使用 Windows Recall 功能没有联网要求。
