Windows Recall（预览）是微软在去年宣布的一项 AI 功能，专为 Copilot+ PC 打造。今天，Windows Recall（预览）体验已经在 Windows 11 发布预览通道中上线。根据微软的传统，新功能在正式上线前都会在 Windows 11 发布预览通道中进行测试。消息人士透露，微软已经准备好在 5 月份向  Windows 11 正式版用户推送 Windows Recall（体验）。

Windows Recall 的初始发布计划

微软最初计划在 2024 年 6 月与 Copilot+ PC 一同发布 Windows Recall，但因为“隐私问题”多次推迟了发布计划。最终，微软在 2024 年 11 月 23 日才开始在 Windows 11 Dev 分支开放了 Windows Recall （预览）体验。随后，微软也在 Beta 和 Canary 分支陆续放开了 Windows Recall（预览）体验。

Windows Recall 的作用

Windows Recall 是微软为 Copilot+ PC 独家提供的新生产力 AI 功能。它利用 NPU 捕获设备的使用记录，并允许用户通过自然语言来查找用户曾在设备上看到或做过的内容。

Windows Recall 的隐私安全

Windows Recall 因安全和隐私问题被多次推迟发布，因此微软不断更新了 Windows Recall 的隐私安全措施。Windows Recall 的相关隐私安全设定如下：

• Windows Recall 是一项“选择性”功能，用户可以在初次设置电脑时选择是否打开。当用户弃用 Windows Recall 功能后，可以在 Windows 设置里的可选功能中将 Windows Recall 关闭。
• Windows Recall 的快照和数据始终被加密（通过 TPM 及 Windows Hello），这些数据只会在处于“安全”的环境（官方称之为虚拟安全飞地）中被处理，其他人无法访问被加密的数据和内容。
• Windows Recall 只会在虚拟安全高地中进行快照和相关数据处理。
• Windows Recall 的相关设置和操作更改会要求使用 Windows Hello 来进行身份认证，并且还能 Recall 还通过速率限制和反骚扰措施防止恶意软件。Recall 在初次配置后才支持 PIN 的方式来验证身份，这是为了避免在安全传感器损坏时丢失数据。

Windows Recall 的安全保证

Windows Recall 不依赖联网，完全在本地运行，并且 Windows Recall 记录的快照文件也不会上传到云端。并且 Windows 设置里的可选功能中也提供了关闭 Windows Recall 的选项。
