随着 Windows 10 将于 2025 年 10 月 14 日结束支持生命周期，为了让更多 Windows 10 用户过渡到 Windows 11，微软发布了一个网页用于展示 Windows 11 相比 Windows 10 的性能优势。微软声称，Windows 11 在电池续航、运行性能、网页浏览和办公效率等方面都优于 Windows 10。

为了得出“Windows 11 性能更优”的结论，微软通过“主观”化测试的方式来对比 Windows 11 和 Windows 10 的性能，微软在去年 12 月对比了多个 OEM 品牌的 20 款设备，分别搭载第 6 至第 13 代 Intel Core 处理器。

TLDR：微软的这份性能对比报告完全“失准”，因为搭载 Windows 10 的设备采用的都是旧的芯片，而搭载 Windows 11 的性能提升都来自芯片端。芯片端的性能提升不能代表操作系统端的性能提升。
