We are actively working to finalize contractual terms in a definitive agreement. Together, we remain focused on delivering the best AI tools for everyone, grounded in our shared commitment to safety.
微软与 OpenAI 正在积极推进最终合同条款的确定，以便签署正式协议。在合作框架下，双方将专注于提供安全可靠的人工智能工具。这项新协议将会推动 OpenAI 的 IPO 进程。
自 2019 年以来，微软已累计向 OpenAI 投资入 130 亿美元，并从 ChatGPT 及 OpenAI API 收入中获得收益。
但微软与 OpenAI 的合作关系已经不再如早期一般紧密。早前，Azure 为 OpenAI 的独家平台，后来微软允许 OpenAI 从像 Oracle 等竞争对手处获取 AI 计算资源。另外，微软也已经确认会在 Microsoft 365 中引入 Claude 模型。
